Some years in the making, "Hark!" is the debut LP from Reno, Nevada's own Genre-Defying Multi-Instrumentalist, Elleanor Burke.

A jarring shift in focus from GIRL TOY's brand of boldly declarative dance-pop, to the simulacrum, reclamation, and consequent transformation of a "guitar led band" sees Elleanor Burke in a new light today. Upon closer look, a sense of vulnerability and grief purvey themselves readily through the glisteningly dense wall of this monaural record. What awaits is just under 33 minutes of a desperate sound by no name other than... "Hark!"
